St Louis Style Rib Caddy

The Rib Caddy is a tool used to help pitmasters get those perfect ribs. It's design helps with handling the ribs with ease. The handles make it super easy to pick up and transport. The side walls help prevent ribs from sliding off like other trays. These are individiual trays so if you wana cook 1,2, or 3 racks you can without the wasted space of a full tray.
