It has been a life long passion of mine to cook. I started out learning to cook from my mom and later picked up BBQ cooking from my father in law who is from TX. From there I was hooked and over the past 9 years I have been perfecting my rubs and sauces to what they are today.  We have won 9 Grand Championships and 9 Reserve Grand Championships using our Award winning Rubs.
